- Annual review of client phone bills in order to minimize costs
- Unconditional priority over clients without maintenance plans
- Unlimited telephone support and advice.
- On site attendance and/or remote maintenance and testing.
- Replacement, loan or the repair of parts.
- Testing and liaison with third party suppliers to the point of demarcation.
- Voice fault management, including VoIP services.
- Upgrading of system software
- Minimum of two preventative maintenance checks per annum, including cleaning of handsets
