Satellite Phones we supply include Inmarsat, Iridium and Thuraya. TeleBiz is authorised under the Federal Govt satellite subsidy scheme.
In 2009, our Managing Director celebrates 22 years in the Telco industry, having been appointed the first Telstra Dealer in Australia (1992 - 2005) and the first Optus Master Partner for QLD & NT (2005-2007). These days TeleBiz is not aligned to any particular Telco network service carrier (by choice!) enabling TeleBiz to provide impartial advice purely in the best interests of our customers.

Accomplished Company Director. Accreditations include: Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (with Diploma), Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and former Member of the Franchise Council of Australia. Formerly the Deputy Chair of Commerce Queensland (FNQ branch) and a Board member of Cairns Regional Gallery. Currently a Far North Regional Electricity Councilor. Rod is a certified engineer with over twenty years’ executive experience within the IT&T industry, e.g. Managing Director of TeleTalk and TeleBiz. Rod is also a former Australian & NZ sports champion.

Over 20 years experience in providing IT&Telco solutions. Mark has Australian Institute of Management accreditions and is certified in Workplace Training and Assessment. Former owner of two IT consultancy businesses and former employee of several Telco companies including Telstra Dealerships, Optus Administration, Optus Dealerships (TeleTalk) and Software Product Manager for an IT Software Distribution Company. Former TAFE Instructor of IT applications. Certified sailing instructor.

With a wealth of knowledge spanning 30 years from the days of step-by-step and crossbar exchanges to IP/VoIP PBX, John’s experience includes project management design, construction and specification of telecommunication projects and engineering documentation. John is a certified telecommunications technician with an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering and is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management. Holds several Telco manufacturer technical accrditations.

Trade certified Electrician and cross trained to Telco installations and maintenance. Former senior Technician with TeleTalk. Holds several Telco manufacturer technical accreditations.
